Early check in is virtually impossible during the summer months. Turning over 2 & 3 bedroom Villas is a timely & extensive process and cannot be hurried.

Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Saturday& Sunday 8:30AM - 4:30PM
If your scheduled arrival date is on Friday, our guaranteed check-in is between 7:00 – 10:00PM. If our units are ready earlier, we do strive to have check-in start early; however, 7:00PM is the guaranteed check-in time.
A $100.00 security deposit is required at check-in.
Late Night Check-in Procedures
There is a telephone located outside the check-in office doors. Next to it are numbered black boxes and maps of the property. Simply pick up the telephone and tell the answering service operator your last name. The operator will give you a three digit code to open up the black box which contains your room key. Take a map and use that to locate your unit. At your earliest convenience, please stop by the check-in office to obtain a second room key and to fill out your paperwork. (These directions are also posted on the front door of the check-in office.)
It is extremely important that you or your guest know the correct name that the reservation was made under, or the answering service operator will not be able to assist your check-in. Failure to do so will result in a delayed response for assistance.
We strive to strictly enforce our 10:00AM departure policy. Failure to comply will result in a $50.00 charge for every half hour that you are late. This is in attempt to allow the staff adequate time to prepare the unit for the next check-in.
We do not allow pets on property, but service animals are permissible. Please call in advance to let us know you will be bringing a service animal. Proper ID and vaccination paperwork is required. There is a $200.00 fine for non-service animals on property.
Eagle Village strictly enforces the number of guests (six or eight) per villa occupancy. Violation can result in eviction from property.
Except for after hours check-in, Eagle Village does not operate after posted office hours. Any phone inquiries that are received by us after normal office hours will be addressed the following morning.
