Spring and Summer are upon us. Please take note of the following:
Barbequing is allowed in designated areas at the Recreation Center only. Barbequing in or near a villa or deck is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in eviction from property.
Insects, bees, wasps, ticks, ladybugs and ants are a common encounter in the spring and fall. If you have any known allergies, please bring your needed medication.
In rural and mountainous areas, it is important to keep all doors closed. Failing to do so will allow various pests to infest your villa, which can be very difficult or impossible to fully eliminate.
Phase I&II Villas
DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, THERE IS A TENDENCY FOR THE LOFT AREA TO
REMAIN WARMER THAN THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING AREA. PLEASE EXCUSE US IN ADVANCE FOR ANY DISCOMFORT THIS MAY CAUSE.
Our timeshare units reflect the rustic feel of their surroundings with comfortable, yet dated furnishings. The rolling nature of the landscape makes it likely that there will be stairs leading to the units. All units are two stories, which include additional stairs inside.
We are proud of our resort, which has stood the test of time for the last thirty years. We are now experiencing 2nd generation owners and families enjoying what we have to offer. As time moves on, however, it also takes its toll. Built in the 1980’s, our accommodations are dated and show normal wear and tear for their age. We are now, however, into our 2nd or 3rd years of renovations, and in a few more years will have completed most of our required upgrades. We pride ourselves on making our villas as accommodating as possible, and we are constantly replacing flooring (many living room & dining room carpets are in need of upgrading), appliances, and furniture as needed, but are closer to Silver Crown rather than Gold Crown ratings. So if your expectations are greater than we have to offer, please work with RCI and we are sure they can meet your needs.
Many of our guests love the tranquility and privacy of our stand alone Phase I and Phase II villas. Most of our parking facilities are centrally located and many villas are a far walk from parking. There are 10-15 steps to get into each Phase I or Phase II villa, which for transportation of luggage and other goods, this can be quite a task.
Many of our guests also enjoy the Phase III villas. These are built in a town home style and situated in clusters of three. They offer screened in porches on the two outer villas, and the middle villa can accommodate 8 guests. While these units have fewer steps, parking facilities are centrally located and many villas are a far walk from parking.
Handicap accessible and non-smoking villas are not available.
Eagle Village is a family oriented resort. If you are accustomed to a resort with many adult activities and ‘nightlife’, you will most likely not enjoy your stay with us. So please, before you consider staying with us, see if RCI can place you in a resort that will better accommodate your needs.
Although there are no restaurants, lounges or entertainment on property, there is a great selection within a 10 mile radius. Please take a look at our Area Activities page to see what is offered nearby.
It is not recommended to use online mapping to locate our facility, as they lead our guests to the wrong location. Please see our Directions page for all directions, including GPS instructions.
The Tamiment Golf Course and Resort is closed. It was never owned by Eagle Village, and is no longer affiliated with Eagle Village. There is ongoing construction on the Tamiment property, so access is no longer permitted. Unfortunately, there are out of date rental and resale websites on the internet, which still depict amenities at the now closed Tamiment Resort. Please disregard those websites, and only refer to this website for the correct information.
